Absolutely impressed. Admittedly had a couple of issues (one with setting up my account addresses for billing and shipping, and one with my first order being confiscated by my country’s customs agency (which of course is a major problem indeed).
The truly impressive (and frankly unexpected) thing was how quickly I got an effective response to both issues. Max sent out a second order at no cost, and even threw in a small bonus amount, despite being in no way responsible for my country’s customs procedures.
Net result is with a couple of tweaks in how the order was shipped (suggested by Max), I received it.
Frankly, in a world where getting a competent human to assist when things go wrong is harder than ever, the things that went *right* with ordering from RapaShop were truly unexpected, and again impressive.
Round-the-clock support is excellent, even at night.
Delivered in a week, in a solid package. Very professional, strongly recommend.
