Shipping Locations
We are shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Starting from Feb’24, we started shipping to EU countries.
Shipping is free for all orders.
Shipping is completed in 10 to 20 business days.
Customs
We had no issues with customs with orders to US, UK, Canada and AU.
In European countries, less than 2% of the orders are being held at customs. The receiver may need to declare the sender’s information & address, and purchase value. The sender is a registered exporter, and the parcels are declared as they are (i.e. “Siroboon 2mg tablets”), therefore everything is transparent. Please contact us for accurate information if you have been requested any.
Orders from Germany may require additional documentation, specifically a “prescription” to clear customs at the destination. If you do not have a prescription and we can not get your order delivered to your address or a local post office near you, we will call back the order and will refund your order in full. You do not need a prescription to order from us.
We do not involve in customs procedures in the destination country, by company policy.
If you could not access to clear customs of your order, and it is held back. Please contact us. If we can not resolve the issue. We will call back the order and refund you in full.
What you can expect
Orders are usually fulfilled on the day itself. If not, it takes a maximum of 2 business days.
A Label is created once the shipping company receives your package. This label will not return any tracking information until the package clears customs in the country of origin. This may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping in total, including the time the parcel takes to clear customs (as mentioned above), takes 10 to 20 business days.
“I think my order is lost”
Orders are fulfilled with a tracking code (label).
An order will only be considered as possibly lost, if the orders have not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipping date.
If you still haven’t received your order after 30 business days from the shipped date, please contact us with your order ID.
In cases where we resend items to you when original orders are considered lost, but then the original items arrive, we ask that you kindly notify us.
My order is “Returned to Sender”
Orders that are not accepted by a receiver -in general- are getting returned to the sender.
This happens when;
- The receiver is not at the address during delivery, and did not collect his/her order from the local parcel office timely,
- The customs duties are not fulfilled,
- Wrong or incomplete address.
Please contact us if you have your parcel shipped back. We receive almost all of the orders that are returned to the sender. It takes about another 15 to 20 business days for us to receive the package, but the return can not be tracked.
We charge a 40 USD shipping fee for returned orders and refund the remaining of the order value, or re-ship to the (correct) address, depending on how you would like to proceed.
