Refund Policy

If you didn’t like what you had

If you didn’t like what you had, just reach us, and drop us a line. We appreciate the feedback to make our services better. You have a 30-day refund coverage regardless of whatsoever, if you would have the item(s) delivered to us in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Contact us with the order ID, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for returning.
  • We will share a return address convenient to your location. DO NOT SEND your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Send the item(s) back to the return address given.

If 30 days have passed since receiving your purchase, then you are not eligible for a full refund or exchange. You will follow the above bullets, and,

  • We will inspect the item(s) as we receive them, and our support team will reach you via email with the outcome. 
  • You will always receive an option for an exchange or a refund; ideally, both to select from 👍
  • Shipping fees may apply.
  • Tablets with broken seals are non-refundable.

If you didn’t receive your order

An order is considered lost if, has not been delivered after 30 business days from the shipping date. Orders that are stuck in customs or delivered to a different address, or do not have a recent tracking update are considered lost. These orders are fully refunded.

If the recipient address is misplaced with the order, or you have not accepted the item(s) because you weren’t at the address or such, the order is sent back to the sender by default. Full order value minus 40 USD (to cover shipping cost) is refundable in those instances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us.

If a refund is eligible, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days. Once we refund your payment, it may take up to 10 business days for you to see your money in your account.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. It may take up to 10 days for you to see the money in your bank account/card statement.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
