Is your website secured?

Yes, our checkout is 100% secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your Personal Information before it is transmitted to us.

Do you accept offline payment methods?

We do not accept offline payments such as cash on delivery and bank transfer.

When do I need to pay for the order?

You need to complete your payment during the checkout process before we can generate and process your order. Order generation is automated by our system and will only take place after you have a successful checkout.

I tried to check out but it keeps failing?

The payment may have been held by your bank. This happens when more than one intermediary bank is included. Contacting your bank and advising that your purchase intent from Rapa, solves the issue in most cases.

Your card may have been restricted for some reason or you may not have sufficient balance (for debit cards) for the purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card company to resolve the issue.
